Ways We Work

- Together -

IN SAN MATEO PARK

The purpose of the San Mateo Park Neighborhood Association (SMPNA) is to preserve, support and promote San Mateo Park, and to protect and enhance the real properties and property rights of residents.

The SMPNA strives to maintain
the environment and character of the area, including but not limited to aesthetic beauty, landscaping maintenance, safety, sanitation, zoning and preservation of land values.

All homeowners in San Mateo Park are members of the SMPNA. Our Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers working to inform and facilitate communications within the neighborhood and with the City of San Mateo and its many service departments.

The Association is a non-profit organization, with suggested annual contributions of $50 or more. Funds are used for new projects and ongoing maintenance.

Our Board invites you to get involved by volunteering to serve on the Board or on various sub-committees. Whether your interest is in gardening, trees and landscaping, zoning and development issues, neighborhood communications, supporting our local school etc., we encourage your involvement and contributions.

If your neighbors think you're a detective because a cop always brings you home, you might be a redneck.
